No Returns / Limited Refunds
Due to the specialized nature of our products and to maintain strict quality and integrity standards, all sales made through Alph4 Labs are considered final.
Returns
We do not accept returns of any products once an order has been shipped and delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify Alph4 Labs within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team and provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

Refund Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued solely at the discretion of Alph4 Labs after review of the claim.
Approved claims are limited to:

• Products received damaged during transit

• Incorrect products shipped by Alph4 Labs

• Verified manufacturing defects

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Customer ordering errors

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

• Products seized, restricted, or rejected by local customs agencies

• Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery

• Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
